I believe in the adage famous amongst chef’s, “We eat with our eyes first.” which is why I launched Charcuterie 101 Workshops. After several years of teaching, I have taken what I’ve learned in the classroom to teach others how to easily create their own charcuterie boards. By booking a private Charcuterie 101 Workshop, you will create lasting memories with friends and family.
